الملخص

The activity of chemical compounds to induce systemic resistance against fusarium root rot disease was assessed in cucumber plants. Ascorbic acid and Beltanol fungicide treatments inhibited fungal growth up to 100% on PDA medium at concentration of 1000 mg/L. and 2000 mg / L, respectively. Potassium phosphate, coumaric acid and ascorbic acid combination treatment decreased disease incidence and severity up to 0.00 and 0.00%, respectively. compared to control treatment which scored 83.33 and 81.33%, respectively. Straight. In addition, it caused an increase. The wet and dry weight of the plant was significant compared to the other treatments. All factors tested could induce systemic resistance through increasing total phenol content, 15 days of the pathogen treatment. Ascorbic + K2HPO4 + cumaric + F. solani combination treatment scored the highest phenol content after 15 days, scoring 1.367 mg / g, compared to the control treatment (pathogenic fungus alone), which was 1.200 mg / g. This combination could increase total protein content in plants to 22.33% compared to the 15.00% in control treatment. Data obtained suggests the combination ascorbic + K2HPO4 + cumaric is highly effective against fusarium root rot disease infecting cucumber in Iraqi environment.
